I think the one step that I would take would to listen and inquire in others life stories and figure out how to help them or how they can help others.
The environment and local ecosytem is really important to me so I would participate in more beach clean ups and use my voice to push my elected representatives to vote against dangerous plans, like opening up the ANRW.
I think one step I could take is to educate myself on the needs of my community then from there I can work towards helpign them in the most meaningful and impactful way I can.
I would make sure those closest to me know how much I appreciate them. Something small, but something very doable.
One step I would take to make this world a better place is to inform not only myself, but also others around me about an important issue. Without recognizing and learning about an issue and its complexities, we can't properly help and allocate resources.
I would ask farmers in areas with drought or ecological issues caused by climate change what equipment/technology would make your yields better? Then I would try to get money from private interests, American Farmers, and US AID.
One step that I would take to make the world a better place would be to better schools and education opportunities for communities that are not as privileged. I would do this because I think a lot of people are victims of circumstance and in our world education can be used to give hope of something more. I also obviously like to change how our country is run in terms if our leaders.
I talked about Bryan Stevenson in my Q1 history class and as we just learned, I think getting proximate could help a lot of issues in the world today, since many people in power really haven't gotten proximate at all.
Contacting government officials to make sure harmful laws don't pass and volunteer for a candidate that supports legislation that helps people in need.
One step I can take to improve the world is to continue to use my time to benefit various philanthropic organizations through volunteer work.
One step could be encouraging empathy, and with that empathy would come understanding of unique situations. People want to help each other, but sometimes aren't sure how.
I would pass legislation to decrease carbon emissions and address global warming.
Write something about yourself. No need to be fancy, just an overview.
